Associate Logistics Order Management Coordinator Job Functions: Job Summary As an Associate Order Management Coordinator, this position will support logistics and cost reduction by assisting with the enhancement of the creation and implementation of best practices for MP&L, vision, and strategy to improve operational performance. Core duties include assisting with managing inventory, monitoring and evaluating cost reduction with financial planning. Job Functions (Essential) Assess and assist with volume requirements against planning assumptions for inventory planning. Assist with managing inventory risk and ensuring that contingency plans are in place. Assist with supporting accurate monthly engine forecasting, along with production capacity planning and new order intake providing optimization and improvement. Ensure that material requirements planning system (MRP) or IT systems in place to ensure data is accurate and up to date to resolve any issues. Assist with managing lead time requests under consideration all customer groups and strategic guidance. Assist with developing and maintaining departmental order execution processes and compliance. Determine priorities and implement Continuous Improvement initiatives with respect to processes for orders, while maintaining detailed documentation as required. Assist with ensuring the integrity of bill of materials and inventory accuracy at all times and manage and control inventor levels and movements Work closely with other departments to improve efficiencies and throughput and maintain positive working relationships. Input and hold accountable for material planning budgets. Provide SAP problem solving. Establish KPI setting, tracking, monitoring and reporting. Keep company property clean, organized, operational and control expenditures. Promote a compliance culture in area of responsibility and live the letter and the spirit of the Rolls Royce Code of Conduct.
