We have an opportunity for a Value Stream Manager to join our Manitowoc, WI team. You will balance the short-term productivity with the long-term health of the value stream, as well as managing risks and dependencies across teams. As a key member of the business team the Value Stream Manager will also be responsible and accountable for building the infrastructure and capacity to deliver a continuously improving product or service for the lifetime of the value stream. Prioritization of cultivation and maintenance of the value stream against delivering new features will be paramount and the need for dynamic leadership influencing the teams to not only achieve SQDCC metrics but surpass will be an essential aspect within the position. Responsibility and accountability will be given for the implementation and management of production orders from release through the end-to-end value stream inclusive of all aspects of operational environments. The role demands a change agent mindset where the execution and tracking of daily management performance and ensuring effective root cause analysis via counter measures and corrective actions as well as the facilitation of various continuous improvement project set out to deliver sustainable, tangible results. Lean experience is essential and project management is a desirable requirement.
