JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Function: -Final Audit of customer product before shipment -In-process Audits daily checks of parts currently being molded and secondary operations. -Receiving Inspection of incoming product required for production. -Calibration calibrate gages per schedule -Maintain Last Shot parts, Gages, End of Run sheets and part files. Responsibilities include: -Verify operators are following process sheets and parts meet print specifications. -Authority to correct operators not following process sheets causing part issues -Authority to change operator inspection & handling instructions to improve part quality & reduce scrap. -Assist production and supervision with process or part problems -Audit product using complex measuring equipment including CMM and comparator. -Record audit inspection results -Make decisions whether product is acceptable/unacceptable -Make suggestions to modify Dimensional Monitoring Guides -Verify parts meet print specifications after Tool Repairs -Authority to product on Hold in-process and final audit -Responsible for disposition of Hold Area product -Determine rework procedures -Enter in daily audit information into mainframe -Verify completed orders -Maintain Deviation Log -Special projects as needed for new & existing customers -Support continuous improvement & scrap reduction projects -Support & maintain ISO registered procedures -Ability to use precision measuring equipment, including Optical Comparator & CMM -Good communication skills and accurate record keeping -Understanding and committed to customers requirements ***** APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS: Mail a Rsum: MCM Composites, LLC 1315 S 41st Street Manitowoc, WI 54220 Attn: Todd Kocher E-Mail a Rsum: info@mcmusa.net Fax a Rsum: 920-684-1799
