JOB REQUIREMENTS: As an Electrical Mechanical Maintenance Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of various types of machinery and equipment. The primary responsibility is to inspect, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems to prevent breakdowns and minimize downtime. Position Responsibilities: *Design minor electrical circuits and to test and troubleshoot electrical, PLC and electronic circuits used for the control of machines and equipment. *Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic circuits. *Install electrical and electronic controls on machines and equipment by reading and interpreting schematics or blueprints. *Interpret blueprints; work from sketches or verbal instructions. *Mount motors, transformers, and lighting fixtures into position and complete circuits according to diagram specifications. *Perform repairs, installs, replaces and test electrical circuits, and equipment using appropriate tools and testing instruments *Dismantle electrical machinery and replace defective electrical or mechanical parts such as brushes and armatures. *Install and monitor performance of installed electrical equipment for hazards, adjustments, or replacement. *Do lay outs, assembles, installs, tests, repairs, and adjust electrical fixtures, apparatus, equipment, wiring, and new services to include panels, breakers, and conduit.
