We are looking for a Software Engineer (m/f/d) to join our agile and international team.

Your Role

In this role, you will be developing our platforms who support our business all over the world. You will be joining a global team of engineers and analysts and build products to provide innovative solutions to delight your stakeholders. We want you to help take us to the next level!

Your Responsibilities

  • Oversee the design and development ofsoftware products, guaranteeing value delivery, enhanced productivity, andfostering collaboration across all development teams.

  • Provide mentorship, coaching, guidance, andsupport to teams and their management, nurturing their professional growthand development.

  • Orchestrate the hiring processes,evaluating candidates, and building strong and cohesive teams.

  • Foster an engineering culture thatprioritizes feedback, best practices, cost efficiency, maintainability,and high-quality standards.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • A degree in Computer Science or equivalentwork experience

  • Several years of active experience in ITand a proven track record of leading effective teams for 3+ years

  • A keen eye for recruiting great talent

  • The ability to be autonomous and own yourdecisions

  • The ambition to grow the company and withinthe company

  • A strong technical sense to challengeEngineers and Products to make the right decisions

  • Full professional proficiency in English

  • Must be open to working in Pasay City (hybrid set-up)

  • Must be willing to be open to shifting schedules
