RELX INC SIP Operations Analyst in Manila, Philippines

The SIP Operations Analyst primarily provides administrative support for the sales compensation and crediting processes, while also assisting with reporting requirements across the BI & CRM team.

Accountabilities:

  • Assist in researching and addressing inquiries and issues related to sales crediting.

  • Conduct audits on various reports, including analyses of sales territories and compensation payouts.

  • Facilitate the manual assignment of B2B2C transactions to appropriate sales territories.

  • Develop and update documentation for current NHE business reporting processes.

  • Utilize Salesforce.com for routine task and case management.

    Qualifications:

  • At least 1 to 3 years of experience in an analytical role within a corporate setting, ideally involving sales compensation calculations or analyses.

  • Skilled in using analytical tools such as Excel and Tableau, with a preference for familiarity with PowerBI.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint).

  • Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to producing precise and high-quality work.

  • Strong organizational skills to ensure timely and consistent support.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Capable of identifying potential challenges and proposing effective solutions.

  • Detail-oriented with a logical approach to problem solving and effective listening skills.

  • Must not have any Attendance and Punctuality issues in the past 12 month
