What you’ll do

  • Processing payables to intercompany offices, cash advances and employee reimbursements

  • Recording zero vouchers from intercompany offices

  • Payment processing using paycycle

  • Spearheading monthly payroll

  • Preparing of BIR 2307 of each payee

  • APFX purchase of foreign currency for cross border payments

  • Raising sales invoices to clients and recording monthly revenues

  • Preparing bank reconciliation and recording of cash receipts

  • Manual verification of record payment in the system

  • Preparing and uploading general ledger entries

  • Verifying and confirming intercompany balances

  • Recording daily cash activity and assisting on bank related matters including on time release of check payments.

  • Assisting in month-end closing on system accruals, bank statement accounts reconciliations and cash flows

  • Preparing payments in line with statutory compliances and government remittances for the following agencies:

  • Bureau of Internal Revenue

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy

  • Licensed CPA is desirable (Non-CPA are welcome to apply)

  • 3-5 years of relevant accounting experience

  • With solid financial statement skills and clear understanding of GAAP and taxation

  • Strong proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Microsoft Excel in particular and ERP skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Highly independent and team player

  • Able to deliver results accurately and in a timely manner in a fast-paced environment
