RELX INC Digital Content Editor III in Manila, Philippines

  • Monitor and process daily Parliamentary activity including tracking of bills, processing of new legislation and consolidations within target turn-around-time and quality set by the Business Unit

  • Independently troubleshoot all editorial related issues and file relevant tickets for technical issues while working closely with Operation Leaders and engineering for identifying critical and recurring issues or for grooming enhancements to arrest these problems

  • Facilitate training to new members, create or update training materials and act as POC for cross-training/skilling

  • Conduct regular quality audits, generate reports and provide timely feedback to assist Operation Leaders in measuring editors’ performance on quality, timeliness and productivity standards and in analyzing data trends on key metrics, sizing and TMS activities

  • Serve as SME and recognize and address knowledge gaps and opportunities to build competence within the team and department.

  • Lead and facilitate innovation and process improvement through RCA, brainstorming sessions and team discussions

  • Work with Operation Leaders within REPH and LexisNexis to help manintain consistent functional skills among colleagues through calibration and process alignments.

  • Assist Operation Leaders in prioritizing tasks and in providing quantitative data for significant decisions

  • Draft customer facing response and take immediate action on customer feedback/queries
