Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Maintenance Teams perform essential repairs and preventive maintenance to ensure the long-term functionality of our machines and facilities.Each team member is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized work area and following TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct preventive maintenance on machinery, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production equipment using diagrams, operation manuals, and engineering specifications to ensure operational efficiency.

Troubleshoot and repair various production machines, demonstrating mechanical skills in areas such as electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic systems.

Ensure compliance with the National Electrical Safety Code (NESC) to maintain safe design clearances.

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams accurately to facilitate repairs.

This is a 2nd shift 3 pm to 1:30 am position.

What your background should look like:

Candidate Requirements:

Experience: 2+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience with strong skills in hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and electrical (low & high voltage) systems.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Electrical or Mechanical preferred.

Additional Skills: PLC knowledge with programming skills is a plus.

Flexibility: Willingness to work some weekends and occasional overtime as needed.

Safety Knowledge: Familiarity with OSHA regulations in an industrial warehouse environment.

COMPENSATION

• Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $48,100 – $72,100 (subject to change dependent on physical location)

• Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. TE Connectivity reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as internal and external equity.

• Total Compensation = Base Salary + Incentive(s) + Benefits
