United Cerebral Associations of New York State, Inc. d/b/a Constructive Partnerships Unlimited is currently seeking a Incident Management Investigator to advocate for the rights of people receiving services in order to assist in their care, safety and well-being. Specific duties include:

  • Conducting investigations into situations that may violate rights and/or protection of people (e.g., allegations of abuse, mistreatment, neglect, and violation of civil or human rights)

  • Preparing reports for organizational personnel and outside agencies (OPWDD IMU, CAB,MHLS, Police Justice Center, etc.)

  • Presenting summary of investigative findings to the Incident Review Committee

  • Conducting training sessions in abuse identification, prevention and reporting

    Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Services

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in conducting investigations

  • Training experience in investigative techniques in the identification, prevention and reporting of abuse

  • Must be able to travel throughout the five boroughs of NYC
