Staffing 101 Group LLC Construction Contract Administrator in Manhattan, New York

General and mechanical construction company that specializes in large public works construction projects for Long Island and New York City municipalities seeking a Contract Administrator for our construction contracting operations.

Responsibilities: Prepare materials/equipment Submittals; submit reports, and professional documents Contact our vendors, subcontractors and other suppliers to ensure the required paperwork gets included in our client submissions. Experience with Requisition AIA billing forms and accounts receivable bookkeeping is desirable. Candidate must have good organization and communication skills and be able to prepare subcontracts, purchase orders, Change Orders and assist with editing of contract documents as required.

Requirements: Minimum of 4 years of administrative experience in the construction industry. Strong verbal and written communication skills Computer proficient, Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word) and able to learn proprietary applications.

Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8AM/9am to 4:30PM/5:30PM

Pay: $50k-$60k/year
