  • Experience utilizing license plate recognition equipment.
  • Ability to develop and maintain recordkeeping systems and procedures.
  • Knowledge and understanding of parking and transportation operations.
  • Experience analyzing and utilizing data to recommend and implement improvements and to inform operational decisions or activities.
  • Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures and experience leading a team to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Ability to develop and implement programs and procedures.
