The postdoctoral fellow will be responsible for conducting research in applying multiple cutting-edge selection techniques to synthetic and immune phage display antibody systems to independently perform antibody screening to identify biotherapeutic molecules. Additional area of research will involve validation of identified candidate molecules to determine binding properties and functional characterization.   • PhD training in Molecular Biology/Immunology/Vaccinology.
  • Hands-on experience in generation and affinity purification of recombinant proteins using mammalian cells/insect cells/yeast, animal (cattle/rabbits) immunizations.
  • Hands-on experience using antibody phage display system and bio planning.

\ Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in antibody discovery technologies:\
    • Utilize and execute antibody phage display system.</li>
    • Hands-on skills in antibody production in animals.</li>
    • Skills in bioinformatics and FACS.</li>
    • Proposal development.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
