TTEC Senior Compensation Analyst - Remote in Mandaluyong, Philippines

TTEC (formerly TeleTech) is seeking an experienced Compensation professional to join our Global Total Rewards team. Our Total Rewards team brings significant value to our company by supporting the development of compensation programs that enable TTEC to effectively attract, reward, and retain top talent globally while supporting TTEC’s strategic business objectives. The Senior Analyst, Compensation will be instrumental in the development, delivery, and administration of base pay programs.

What you’ll be doing

For the Function

  • Support global execution of TTEC’s Total Rewards Strategy.

  • Collects, assesses, and evaluates external market compensation data to ensure the competitiveness of TeleTech's base salary structures and other pay practices.

  • Ensure data integrity across systems used to track relevant compensation information.

  • Support the global compensation team in the strategy, design, implementation, and communication of employee compensation plans.

  • Align plans, policies, and programs to compensate employees in accordance with competitive markets practices, contractual labor agreements, and applicable laws and regulations at global, national, and local levels.

  • Ensure compensation programs consider both company and market compensation practices.

  • Support the administration of the annual increase process.

  • Research, analyze, and present functional metrics with particular focus on new, “hot,” or fast-moving markets and job families.

  • Assist in the development and design of appropriate models, pay structures; and prepare proposals as needed.

  • Align Compensation salary structures with market pricing.

  • Support global participation in compensation surveys.

  • Assist in the development and administration of Total Rewards projects as assigned, including job classification reviews, market pricing analyses, department pay practice audits, and policy development. May serve as the lead for various compensation initiatives.

For Internal Customers

  • Consults with Human Capital business partners to facilitate management and employee understanding of TeleTech’s compensation structures and policies.

  • Establish and maintain positive and productive relationships with key global stakeholders within HC and the business.

  • Interpret, create, problem solve and communicate applicable pay programs to employees at various levels of the organization.

  • Provide expertise to support all HC functions with compensation related policies, practices, and issues.

What you’ll bring to us

  • 4 years of increasingly responsible experience in compensation.

  • BA/BS in Human Resources or comparable degree, or equivalent experience.

  • Compensation analysis and planning experience with third-party compensation management systems is a plus.

  • Global compensation experience preferred.

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask multiple assignments.

  • Demonstrated project management capability and ability to lead multiple initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Strong business acumen, presentation, analytical, and systems skills.

  • Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite applications, especially MS Excel. MS Access experience is a plus.

  • Must be fluent in English

  • Willing to work night shift
