Collaborating with a team of Designers and Engineers as Subject Matter Expert (SME), you’ll help us engage with clients and subcontractors, designing some of the world’s most advanced facilities. You will design and draft mechanical systems for construction, including HVAC, Utilities, Plumbing and Fire Protection. Here’s what you’ll need :
Under general supervision, competently perform all conventional aspects of Mechanical HVAC Design Technician:
· College graduate.
· At least 5 years of Revit HVAC production experience.
· At least 5 years of SP3D production experience.
· At least 5 years of work with building mechanical systems and equipment.
· Proven experience in AutoCAD or similar software design.
· Work experience in Data Center and/or pharmaceutical facilities.
Ideally, you have:
· Preferably a degree in Engineering or equivalent.
· Experience with Navisworks, Revit and CADWorx.
· Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
· Strong problem-solving skills.
· Forward thinking, eager to learn best practices, and contribute with innovative ideas.
· Displayed ability to learn quickly and driven to broaden knowledge base.
· Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a variety of teams, including multi-disciplinary teams.
· Advanced proficiency in a range of processes and procedures through prior project training and work experience.
· Industrial design experience including high-tech manufacturing, semiconductor facilities, data centers, pharmaceutical facilities, or similar.
· Ability to work independently with a limited degree of supervision and facilitate the work activities of others.
· Expected to serve as a mentor and resource for less experienced designers and junior engineers.
