Assessment & Qualifications Content Coordinator - Limited Term in Mandaluyong City, Philippines

About the role: We are looking for motivated Content Coordinators (CC) who will be responsible for the production of assessment-related content for a range of subjects in our General Qualifications portfolio. Reporting to the relevant Assessment Content Operations Manager, the CC works as part of a team, where the collective aim is to deliver a professional and customer-focused service.

Our team: Pearson Schools Qualifications - Assessment division combines excellence in assessment with outstanding customer experience. The Assessment division has end-to-end responsibility for delivering on-time, accurate results of high-stakes UK and international qualifications to our learners and first-class customer service to all our customers. The Content team is accountable for the accurate delivery of our secure high-stakes UK and international assessment instruments as well as non-secure content.

As a Content Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Providing timely escalations to management regarding production schedules and adherence to process.

  • Self-manage training initiatives and guidance from superiors as needed.

  • Meeting deadlines while following regulatory frameworks and process-driven environments.

  • Collaborating within other content teams and across broader Assessment teams.

  • Adapting to changes in qualifications, technologies, and work methodologies, while managing tasks across multiple examination series and varied qualification types.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • Customer-Focused Service. Commitment to providing exceptional service, ensuring needs are met efficiently and effectively.

  • Strong Communication skills. Capable of conveying messages persuasively and effectively to stakeholders.

Working Conditions:

  • Limited Term for 9 months

  • Hybrid Setup

  • Equipment provided (Laptop and Headset)

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday

  • Weekend work is required at busy times throughout the year with time off in lieu/paid overtime available.
