Job Description

Project finance plans, controls, and reports program performance relating to cost and schedule according to the Earned Value Management System. Project finance is a well-rounded role that introduces an employee to the various facets of BAE Systems finance.

This role within the F-35 Solutions Product Line within Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) Business Area is an opportunity to support the Mission Systems/Future Capabilities Program Families. Working within the F-35 Solutions Development portfolio, this role is a key contributor to the success of EW development in the Electronic Systems Sector.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Bachelor s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related degree / equivalent experience

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools

  • Ability to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast-paced environment

  • Understanding of program costs, revenue recognition, profit, cash and collections

  • Ability to make decisions with sound judgment while complying with policies and procedures

  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with diverse work teams

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Prior exp. with Program Controls / Program Finance

  • Analytical and problem solving skills

  • Capability to communicate and present financial data to other functions in an accurate and understandable manner

  • Familiarity with Oracle, Hyperion, ProPricer, and Cobra

  • General knowledge of industry practices and standards

  • Experience implementing Earned Value Management processes

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $64130 - $109010

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
