GNB Bank Universal Banker in Manchester, Iowa
Process customer transactions and maintain a cash drawer; interview potential and existing customers desiring to open accounts; sell/cross-serve based on customer needs while providing excellent customer service. Receive and process commercial and individual checking and saving deposits and withdrawals. Accept and route payments for loan and credit cards, sell money orders and official checks, balance coin machine, operate branch capture machine to verify and submit daily transactions. Answer questions regarding accounts, interview customers, input customer information into computer system, assist with online banking, debit cards, saving bonds and other GNB Bank products and services. Investigate and resolve errors. Make recommendations on products/services that meet customer needs.
