Location: You will be based in Hebburn, and you would have the option to work remotely for 2-3 days per week supporting Projects and Servicing activities.

You’ll make a difference by:

  • Support delivery of outstanding EHS performance across all work sites.

  • Support delivery of an EHS-driven culture by actively engaging with employees and contractors at all levels and influencing behaviour.

  • Provide EHS advice, considering changing business needs and technological advancements, to ensure effective risk control.

  • Support delivery of conformance with EHS requirements through the management of an externally certified management system (ISO 14001, 45001, and 50001).

  • Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to share best practices and elevate EHS standards.

  • Lead incident investigations and share lessons learned to continuously improve our safety performance.

  • Support the development of and implementation of EHS risk-based strategies to enhance safety performance in key risk areas.

  • Support compliance with EHS training and competency requirements and deliver induction training.

  • Identify digitalisation opportunities to meet future EHS needs of the business.

You’re excited to build on your existing expertise, including:

  • NEBOSH General Certificate

  • Investigation experience

  • Auditing experience

  • Member of IOSH or working towards

  • A UK Driving Licence for occasional travel between Siemens and customer sites
