US - Manati, Puerto Rico

Shift Information

First Shift - Monday- Friday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (overtime as needed)

Pay Information

Starting pay at $10.50/hr + full time benefits + 3% annual bonus eligibility and annual merit increase eligibility

A Day in the Life:

  • Efficiently handle, store, and distribute materials** to support manufacturing operations.

  • Inspect and verify incoming materials** for quality and accuracy.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records** using our proven inventory management systems.

  • Collaborate with team members** to ensure smooth workflows and strictly adhere to safety standards.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives** to improve operational efficiency.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

Required: No previous work experience required

  • Preferred: Experience in distribution, warehouse or supply chain or related field

  • Preferred: Experience with powered industrial trucks (order pickers)

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Desire to work as part of a team, but also able to work independently and solve problems quickly

  • Ability to read and write in English

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

  • Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 lbs

  • Ability to stand and move about the warehouse for significant periods of time (involving walking, stooping, bending, and reaching) required
