Job Summary:

We are seeking an Orthopedic Spine Surgeon or Neurological Surgeon in Northern VA to join a busy and established private practice. 2024 start!

The ideal candidate will be an American Board of Spine Surgery Boarded Physician, interested in a mixed practice heavily focused on Spinal diseases and conditions, spine care and diagnosis and treatment of spinal diseases and conditions.

You will have access to a multi-specialty team of an experienced board certified orthopedic spinal surgeon and 3 board certified anesthesiologists with interventional pain management fellowships.

Primary Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Performing routine examinations specific to orthopedic function and musculoskeletal disease

  • Performing hospital based spine procedures and spine surgery

  • Creating and managing patient treatment plans

  • Observing patient outcomes--recommending changes to the treatment plan as necessary

  • Documenting all aspects of the patient experience via EMR

  • Ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction throughout all aspects of treatment

  • Adherence to medical state medical board guidelines, laws and restrictions

  • Collaboration and supervision of the PA’s
