  • At least 2 years of previous experience in the home healthcare field.
  • A valid HHA or CNA certification.
  • Excellent bedside manner, and a positive, friendly disposition.
  • The ability to lift up to 25 lbs, and to bend, kneel, squat, and twist without difficulty.
  • A passion for providing outstanding care for our patients.
  • Assist in any day-to-day activities that patients may need help with, including moving around the home, exercise, eating, washing, and taking medication.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the patient's living quarter as needed, cleaning up any spills or messes that occur during your shift.
  • Update patient case records as any changes to doctor's orders, medication, dietary needs, or lifestyle habits occur.
  • Make the necessary safety and accessibility arrangements for any trips or activities the patients engage in.
  • Write up weekly reports on the status of your patients and deliver them to the case manager to ensure that any changes in patient health are accounted for.
