Granules Consumer Health, Inc. Finance Director in Manassas, Virginia
Finance Director (Manassas, VA) - Direct financial reporting process by creating and distributing monthly/quarterly financial reports to the parent company applying international accounting, India, USGAAP-FAS 109; Analyze and improve operational procedures and process regarding the financial information flow between the company and the parent company to streamline data reporting using Tax optimization; Perform costing and commercial pricing analysis and ODI (Overseas investments)/FDI (foreign investment); Prepare and review accounts under U.S. GAAP and India GAAP for corporate level consolidation applying Tax returns of group companies and Corporate tax compliance in USA, Mexico and India; Monitor and update new policies and financial controls in conjunction with GAAP and international authorities to ensure the financial practices of the company meet government guidelines; Review financial performance and analyze variances, risks and opportunities; Lead financial models for budget and forecast process to support business strategy; Prepare financial documents pre-acquisition and re-state financials post-acquisition in MandA (Mergers and Acquisitions); Prepare internal audit documents and work with auditors and IRS for proper and timely tax and government filing and Audit defense; Coordinate with outside auditors to prepare for external and regulatory audits. Supervise 5 accounting staff. Require Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance plus 5 years experience in job offered or as Tax Associate Director. Require skills and knowledge in Audit defense, Tax returns of group companies, MandA, Tax optimization, ODI/FDI, Corporate tax compliance in USA, Mexico and India, USGAAP-FAS 109.
