Major responsibilities

  • Supporting attorneys and staff within the practice groups department

  • Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents

  • Communicate with clients and the counsel for the other side

  • Analyze and summarize legal documents

    Requirements - Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills

  • Attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures is a requirement

  • Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills

  • Top notch academic credentials and references

  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, to prioritize client matters and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent through each task performed

  • Comprehension of real estate law

  • Knowledge of Litigation Attorney

  • Bankruptcy experience highly preferred

  • Practical knowledge of Transactional

  • Background working with bankruptcy law

  • Previous experience working with commercial real estate

  • Good understanding of Corporate Real Estate

  • Corporate Real Estate experience highly valued

  • Earlier work involving commercial real estate

  • Foundational knowledge in Litigation Attorney

  • Adeptness in Federal Government Contracts

  • Licensed Attorney experience

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Transactional Law

  • Deep understanding of Licensed Attorney

  • General familiarity with Transactional Matters

  • Government contracts experience highly desired

  • Licensed attorney
