Responsibilities:Acknowledge and greet patients upon arriving and leavingRespond to patient questions and/or concerns and escalate if neededAnswering telephones, schedule and confirm appointments and manage front desk voicemailFollow up on no shows and cancellation of appointmentsRegister patients from sign in sheetPost charges and payments to patient accountsMaintain the waiting area for patientsPerform other tasks as necessaryQualifications:Experience answering the telephone in a professional environmentExperience in the Dental or Healthcare Industry is requiredProven customer service skillsStrong communication and multi-tasking skillsKnowledge of insurance plans preferredExperience with Dentrix is preferred
