POSITION: Administrative Aide (8-Hour Position)

LOCATION: Franklin-Essex-Hamilton BOCES

DUTIES: Assists students and staff, general public, and component districts with information regarding program services via phone and email Utilizes various software programs (Word, Excel, as well as agency data programs) Schedules and arranges conferences, meetings, special events, etc. Assists in preparing various agency reports, student reports, staff mailings Assists administration and staff in the performance of the daily tasks Work with student information system to collect, manage and report out on student information Perform other duties pertinent to Administration and the counseling offices as needed

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:

A) Graduation from a regionally accredited college or university or one accredited by the NYS Board of Regents to grant degrees with an Associate's Degree and one (1) year of clerical, administrative or office management experience which shall have involved use of a micro-computer with various software packages; B) Graduation from high school or possession of high school equivalency diploma and three (3) years of clerical, administrative or office management experience which shall have involved use of a micro-computer with various software packages; C) An equivalent combination of training and experience as defined by the limits of (A) and (B)

STARTING DATE: July 1, 2024

SALARY: $37,316 (2024-25 Base Salary) - Consideration for additional salary may be granted based upon education and experience
