Description

External Manufacturing Operations

  • Oversee and manage the daily activities of the assigned external manufacturing facility.

  • Ensure adherence to production schedules and product manufacturing in compliance with company and industry standards.

  • Identify and resolve operational issues promptly.

  • Support and work closely with Plant Operation Manager for any continuous improvement project

Quality Assurance

  • Assist in the implementation of quality control procedures.

  • Coordinate with the external manufacturers to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions

Communication and Coordination

  • Communicate effectively with external manufacturers and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

  • Coordinate with the Plant Operations Manager to ensure alignment with overall company objectives.

  • Regularly collect and report production data to support decision-making and process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Education:

Diploma degree/Bachelor degree in Agriculture/Industrial/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering

Experience:

Three years of supervisory experience.

Other Qualifications:

· English language skill written and spoken.

· Good understanding of agricultural manufacturing processes and industry standards.

· Excellent communication and coordination skills.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
