Immersive Technologies Electronics Assembly Technician (Simulator) in Malaga, Australia

As the global leader in Simulator Training, our products are sold worldwide and are all designed and manufactured right here in Perth. We are the largest manufacturer of Simulators, which we proudly transport in shipping containers to over 50 countries.

With over 300 employees globally, designing, promoting, and supporting our cutting-edge products, none of this would be possible without our talented and dedicated team of Technicians.

Based in Malaga, we have relocated to a new Production Facility, boasting larger, safer, more efficient workspaces, and modern facilities.

What You'll Do

You will enjoy working in an industrial manufacturing environment, where your day can vary from running cables through shipping containers on our production floor, building wiring harnesses in our electronics workshop, and performing acceptance testing on our products and components prior to shipping.

What You'll Need

You will need to be able to demonstrate:

  • Reading and working from wiring diagrams.

  • Hand soldering.

  • Running AC cables (in a shipping container, no AC license needed).

  • Using crimping tools.

  • Using hand tools (including power drills).

  • Electromechanical assembly experience.

  • A strong commitment to safety, including working safely on ladders and work platforms.

  • Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.

  • Basic computer skills.

  • A TAFE Certificate in Electronics.
