This role will report to the Data and Digital Tools HSSE Manager and provide system analyst support to the HSSE Data & Digital Tools team. The location of the position is in Manila, Philippines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide system administration and support for Pro-Sapien, including facilitation and support of ongoing development project activities and testing prior to weekend releases.

  • Analyze HSSE data and trends, including assist the team with exploration of new and emerging ways to evaluate our statistics, data and trends.

  • Contribute to HSSE Data & Digital Tools initiatives including assessing potential new tools and platforms to improve HSSE data collection and analysis.

  • Work with the HSSE team to communicate and facilitate implementation of tools in line with the HSSE business and communications plan.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years professional experience.

  • Strong proficiency with SharePoint, Power BI, Office 365 suite.

  • Awareness of EHS Systems and tools, PowerApps, PowerAutomate.

  • Demonstrated experience working with large datasets, capturing business requirements, and creating dashboards. Preference for awareness of HSSE data including: TRIR, injury trends, leading and lagging indicators.

  • Comfortable working across global time zones and regions. Ability to work collaboratively with various departments, as well as independently.

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, along with excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Environmental Science, Occupational Health, Safety Management, or a related field.
