Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Development of scripted procedures (e.g. using Powershell and Python) and automation of day-to-day common executed tasks in End User IT services and endpoint management operations in a large-scale entreprise environment.

  • Collaborate and work with the various stakeholder to develop DevOps pipeline and workflow to automate end-to-end deployment processes to support Image Engineering, Application Packaging, Windows and Mac OS patching and configurations

  • Develop service dashboards to monitor, detect, remediate endpoint health and risk issues, such patch versions, and related security compliance gaps.

  • Develop monitoring procedures to analyze end user computing conditions to optimise performance and interoperability with endpoint security and collaboration software.

  • Highly knowledgeable on integrating Microsoft Graph and O365 Management API on monitoring Microsoft 365 Compliance audit log activities, checking service specific tenant settings and automate interaction with Office 365 services

  • Leverage Log Analytics to monitor and analyze system logs, troubleshoot issues, and optimize automation workflows.

  • Participate in EUC projects including Base Release Image upgrades, Office 365 Collaboration suite, endpoint OS optimisation, and implementation of virtual desktop environment.

  • Proactively engage internal business and other stakeholders to identify opportunitiues to improve digital workspace and employee experience.

Job Requirements

  • Highly skilled in Automated Deployments and Infrastructure as Code using tools like Ansible, SCCB or Puppet. Also, experience in Power shell scripting, command line integration and invoking REST or Graph API

  • Extensive experience in automating IT operations using SCCM, Intune and Jenkins to perform Image Engineering, Application Packaging, endpoint security compliance scanning and auto-remediation.

  • Experience in developing reporting dashboard (e.g. using PowerBI) for hardware asset management, compliance scores and performance reports

  • Strong, diverse technical skills, especially in the areas related to end user computing including Windows/Mac OS, Office O365, SCCM, MDM / Intune, SCCM, application packaging, GPOs.

  • Added advantage if possessed knowledge in endpoint security, management of group policies and security controls. Experience in implementing and managing end-point security products (McAfee, Microsoft Security suite)

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skill with proven ability to work well in a technically challenging and multitasking environment.

  • Possess creativity, ingenuity, and willingness to challenge status quo.

  • A team oriented and team player.
