Manages the company's accounting services and processes. This Job Category includes accounting positions embedded in BUs, in Corporate Departments, and Financial Shared Services (FSS). (Note: FSS accounting leadership/managerial positions should not be mapped to this Job Category.)

Supports clients/customers and assists with functional projects under regular supervision. Has a general knowledge of the work group.

Data and Inquiry Management – Job Requirement

Responsibilities:

Data Management

  • Collects and organizes payroll data from various sources and prepares them for processing .

  • Ensures payroll inputs are complete and accurate before the payroll cut-off deadline .

  • Coordinates with Payroll Operations to facilitate the smooth transfer of data inputs .

    Inquiry Management

  • Responds to requests and inquiries from business and employees in a timely and professional manner ,

  • Provides relevant and accurate information to the requestors and resolves their issues .

  • Complies with data privacy policies and protects the confidentiality of employee information .

    Reporting

  • Generates reports on payroll input trends, types of inquiries, service level agreements, and other metrics to help the team identify areas of improvement .

  • Engages with business units and provides information as needed .

  • Process improvements

  • Find, collaborate, and implement process efficiencies .

  • Learn and apply digital tools to automate manual processes .

    Other requirements:

    Enjoys working with details, high level of accuracy and precision .

    Thrives in a team-oriented environment and loves interacting with people .

    Handles employee complaints with professionalism and empathy .

    Has a strong interest and ability to learn new systems and tools .

    Comprehends and safeguards sensitive data appropriately .

    Knowledge of Workday is a plus.

    Educational Background and Work Experience:

    Graduate of any of the following bachelor's degree in business : Accounting , Accounting Technology, Management Accounting .

    Payroll experience not required .

    Previous similar experience in data management and customer service is an advantage.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Power Suite applications (such as Power Query, Power BI, Power Apps, etc.) is an advantage.
