ADP Global Shared Services Business Transformation MIS Analytics Senior Reports Analyst in Makati City, Philippines

The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining reports that support the performance management and strategic decision-making within the Business Unit of ADP. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights. Responsibilities: REPORTS DEVELOPMENT - Design and create complex reports utilizing various reporting tools and technologies. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and ensure deliverables meet business needs. - Develop and maintain standard and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations. DATA ANALYSIS: - Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. - Provide insights into key performance indications and make recommendations based on data findings. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data requirements. DATA INTEGRITY and QUALITY: - Implement and maintain data quality standards to ensure accuracy and reliability of reports. - Conduct regular audits of data sources to identify and address inconsistencies. - Collaborate with data governance teams to enhance data quality processes. PROCESS IMPROVEMENT: - Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and enhance efficiencies. - Proactively suggest improvements to existing reports and propose innovative solutions to meet evolving business needs. DOCUMENTATION: - Document report development process, data sources, and methodologies. - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all reports and dashboards. - Provide training and support to end-users on utilizing reports effectively.

  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel - Knowledgeable in MS Power Platforms such as Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate - Strong analytical and problem solving skills - Has ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions - Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
