Description:

This role is for a Process Improvement Manager that will play a key role in optimizing our operational processes, enhancing efficiency, and ensuring the highest level of quality in our products/services. The ideal candidate will possess a Six Sigma Black Belt certification, demonstrating expertise in implementing and leading process improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end process improvement projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process enhancements

  • Utilize Six Sigma methodologies and tools to analyze data, identify root causes, and develop solutions for process inefficiencies

  • Drive a culture of continuous improvement by providing training and mentoring to team members on Lean and Six Sigma principles

  • Serve as the deploy sponsor for our Green Belt Six Sigma participants

  • Establish and maintain key performance indicators to measure and monitor process performance, ensuring alignment with ADP's goals

  • Conduct regular process audits and assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather input, feedback, and insights for process improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Black Belt Six Sigma certified is required

  • At least 3 years of experience in process improvement roles, with a proven track record of successfully lead and implemented initiatives

  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze data to drive informed decision-making

  • Excellent project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
