We are currently recruiting for a Restaurant & Bar Manager to lead the team at the Delta Hotels By Marriott Tudor Park Country Club .

The Role:
As Cast Iron Restaurant and Bar Manager, you are responsible for managing the restaurant, bar and room service operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A true “roll up your sleeve” role, you will do whatever it takes for your team to succeed and create a one of kind experience. You will be required to manage, train, and develop team members and work within budgeted guidelines.
You will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Recruit, manage, train and develop the restaurant, bar and room service team
Work within budgeted guidelines for Payroll and consumables
Drive sales to maximize budgeted revenue
Accountable for monthly liquor stock takes
Delivering the Cast Iron experience, ensuing all touch points are executed
Incentivise team members to maximize sales and revenue
Compile weekly rotas to reflect business levels and inline with budgets
Evaluate guest satisfaction, recognise success and action plan for continuous improvement
Ensure departmental meetings are conducted on a regular basis
Review monthly P&L statement for department and understand monthly forecasted sales and costs
Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships within the whole hotel
Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
Our Ideal Candidate:
Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role within a hotel or restaurant environment. Experience in coaching and developing team members, driving sales and delivering financial results.

This role offers and annual salary of £35-38k, depending on experience as well as an annual bonus plan allowing you to earn up to 10% of your salary.
