Radware Inc Technical Support Engineer (Tier 2) in Mahwah, New Jersey

Job Duties: Provide level two technical support for Radware products. Use strong TCP/IP networking skills to perform network troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network problems. Take responsibility for customer satisfaction and overall success of the TAC. Respond in a timely manner (within documented SLA) to support Customer issues and Inquiries. Document actions in tickets to effectively communicate information internally and to customers. Resolve problems independently and understand the correct escalation procedures. Reproduce and debug customer reported problems in a lab environment and work with engineering and test teams to resolve issues. Document issues in a knowledgebase format for use both internal and external to Radware. Provide timely feedback into the development process on customer reported product problems. Responsible for solving complex issues for dedicated accounts related to Cloud Security Operations proprietary to Radware. Respond to incidents/requests regarding network performance and configuration changes including an off hour, level 2, on-call rotation. Develop guidelines and procedures for device management including process and efficiency improvements. Maintain new and existing hardware in support of current customers and future growth. Working knowledge of sniffer analysis and network monitoring tools/suites such as Wireshark.Requirements: Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related. Must have 2 years of experience in platform such as: FTD, ASA, Viptela, Meraki, Cisco Catalyst, Nexus Switches, ISR Routers, ASR routers, VMware, ESXi and vCenter. Must have obtained skills such as AAA, EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, VPN, MPLS, VXLAN, LISP, NAT, ACLs, IPv6, Ether Channels, IP Sec Tunnels.40 hours per week; Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. Applicant must have proof of legal authority to work in the United States.
