As the Learning and Development Manager at Waldorf Astoria Seychelles Platte Island, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing talent and driving a culture of continuous learning and development within our esteemed team. You will have the opportunity to design and implement innovative training programs that empower our employees to deliver exceptional guest experiences and reach their full potential in a dynamic and inspiring work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive learning and development strategies aligned with the resort's goals and objectives.
  • Design and deliver engaging training programs and initiatives that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and performance.
  • Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and create customized learning solutions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, metrics, and assessments, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Manage learning management systems (LMS) and other training platforms to facilitate access to learning resources and track employee progress.
  • Partner with HR to support talent management initiatives, including succession planning, career development, and performance management.
