People Systems Analyst

As a People Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial rolein driving the successful adoption and implementation of our people solutions and technology. This role is for someone who isn’t afraid to wear multiple hats and believes a company’s greatest asset is their people.

Your primary focus will be to provide technical support, understand specific talent acquisition/internal career progression needs, and offer system and process strategies that align with functional and business objectives.

The right person for this position enjoys creating people-first experiences, loves solving problems, is curious with new technology, and is someone that seeks to make a difference and celebrate with their team. This role reports to the Sr. Manager, People Systems and will work closely with all members of our global People (Human Resources) team alongside many members of the extended global Cornerstone family.

In this role you will...

· Provide day to day functional and technical software application support to our Talent Acquisition team, candidates and employees including testing and troubleshooting as needed

· Perform system administration of our ATS, career and internal mobility people solutions

· Attain and maintain product certification on Cornerstone products, where applicable

· Implement change management initiatives related to new systems, process, training and reporting roll-outs

· Drive adoption, optimization and utilization of Cornerstone’s people systems technology

· Facilitate on-going training, communication and education on system enhancements, functionality, and compliance

· Evaluate and identify efficiencies and initiate programs in support of organizational goals and data needs

· Participate in cross-functional initiatives/project to identify and support people process improvement and effectiveness

· Support daily operations and lead ongoing project initiatives.

You've got what it takes if you have...

· Proven experience (4+ years) as a HR Systems Analyst, HR Systems Manager or similar role in the HCM Technology industry

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

· HR System administration experience in ATS, other systems are desirable (HRIS, LMS, Talent Management, etc.)

· Strong Computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

· Competence to grasp complex system workflows, to understand cause and effect for actions taken in a business process or software system

· The skill to present, train and educate small to large groups, in person or via Teams/Slack

· A learning mindset – continued curiosity to learn new systems and technical skills to support personal goals and development

· Demonstrated ability to keep confidences and act with integrity to uphold high standards with regards to data and personnel matters

· Obsessive attention to detail and organizational skills with a high level of accuracy

· Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and maintain creative problem-solving skills

· Possesses strong interpersonal and intercultural skills acting as the consummate team player

· Self-starter, the ability to work with minimum direction and in a fast-paced environment
