The opportunity

As a Treasury Senior Manager you will be based at our Madrid office working closely with EU Regional Treasury, Regional Finance Directors and business, taking care of cash flow mattersfor three markets: Spain, France and Portugal.

How you’ll spend your day

  • Working closely with the business to minimize financial risk

  • Reviewing funding needs and expected cash inflows

  • Overseeing weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly cash flow forecasting

  • Managing treasury operations and controls (cash pooling/sweeping, etc)

  • Managing banking relationships

  • Driving treasury-specific projects/initiatives for the three markets

  • Preparing and presenting treasury reports to RFDs and senior management

  • Monitoring compliance with local financial regulations, company policies and reporting requirements

  • Working with business partners, Global Business Services, Accounting, Tax and BP&A to optimize working capital

  • Responsible for managing bank guarantees

Your experience and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent combination of education in Business, Finance, Economics or Accounting

  • Previous work experience in Treasury function and Cash Flow (3 to 5 years minimum)

  • Strong analytical skills

  • MS Office (medium/advance user in Excel and Power Point)

  • AP, Hyperion/GR and SAPBI /Essbase knowledge is valuable

  • English & Spanish fluent communication skills (French and Portuguese are welcome)

  • Strong experience in managing the treasury function as well as experience in treasury accounting including FX, liquidity, cash flow and various financial instruments

  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with different stakeholders
