Amazon Sr. Product Manager - Tech, Ring in Madrid, Spain

Description

We are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to build experiences and services for our best selling camera and doorbell devices. You will build and iterate on core experiences that help customers see, hear, and provide peace of mind. In this role, you'll thrive on cross-functional collaboration, technical prowess, and a keen business sense—propelling us towards seamless device experiences and raising the bar on performance.

Key job responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive product strategies aligned with organizational goals

  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization and development to launch and post-launch optimization

  • Work closely with diverse teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of product initiatives

  • Provide technical guidance and expertise, driving the development of innovative and high-quality solutions

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for product improvement

  • Engage with key stakeholders, both internal and external, to gather insights, feedback, and ensure alignment with business objectives

  • Develop and communicate a clear product roadmap, considering market demands, customer feedback, and business priorities

  • Anticipate and address potential risks associated with product development and deployment, ensuring proactive risk mitigation

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance and drive continuous improvement

  • Maintain a customer-centric approach, understanding user needs and incorporating feedback into product development processes

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product

  • Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning

  • Experience in technical product management, program management or engineering

  • Experience with end to end product delivery

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight

  • Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
