About the Position
They are looking for a Product Manager Senior, to lead their acquisition, activation and conversion squad.
Deeply analyze customer needs and business problems. Using the continuous discovery method, dive deep into our customers’ problems, identify opportunities, run experiments, and ideate solutions.
Rapidly develop impactful solutions to address specific problems and optimize user experiences.
Develop product strategy: You’ll prioritize work that will move the needle for our customers and help us reach our business OKRs.
Take full ownership of your work throughout the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to design, review, feedback, testing, and post-release analysis.
Collaborate closely with a team of highly talented Product Designers, Engineers and Growth experts to execute your vision and deliver exceptional results.
Build knowledge: You will be in charge of building expertise in your product area, by combining customer research, analytics, and market analysis
What We Look For
Product sense: You’re passionate and good at understanding customers and industry trends. You have a track record of building great products.
User Research & Data: You’re able to conduct advanced user research, and use both qualitative and quantitative data to inform your decisions with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in A/B testing, experimentation, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize product performance and drive growth.
You are an action profile: You want to get things done. You’re willing to take risks and challenge the status quo.
Product management experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably with scale-ups or startups in SaaS sector.
PLG mindset: Strong experience with creating growth strategies
Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously, leading initiatives and driving growth with minimal supervision.
Strong understanding of both user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles, ensuring the product delivers seamless and intuitive experiences.
Languages: You have excellent written and verbal English communication skills to engage with all team members within the company.
Knowledge of the wellness industry is a plus
