For our dynamic Sales team of Rubbermaid Commercial Products (RCP) business, we are currently looking for a
(Madrid / Barcelona)
The Sales Manager has the responsibility for delivering the annual sales targets and market growth objectives in the assigned region by creating a strong network of distribution and connecting with large end users.
Analyzes geographic territory and trading markets with a focus on customer requirements and needs through innovative and creative thinking that enables generating new opportunities. Engages in competitive activities to develop sales plans aimed toward achieving sales goals. Broadens the customer base within the region through new account identification, by thinking out of the box. Develops relationships with key End Users and distributors. Stays connected and provides technical product application assistance as required. The Sales Manager will take full responsibility for managing the dynamic territory and account challenges in order to achieve the assigned sales and profitability targets.
Prepare and execute market analyses and business opportunities for the assigned region
Prepare and execute annual budgets for the area
Prepare and execute Annual Operating Plan for key distributors
Prepare and execute the new product launches to the customers of the territory
Prepare and execute promotional sales activities and campaigns
Execute sales visits/digital meetings on decision making level by using the challenger model to existing and potential customers in order to maximize sales growth
Ensure proper reporting and forecast of the sales activities
Execute product training and solution selling to distributor’s reps
Drive end user conversions from competition into our products
Expand and keep up-to-date the end user opportunities list trough Sales force.com
Develop competitive market intelligence to share with Marketing teams
Endorse the RCP digital transformation and omni channel penetration
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.
5 – 7 years of sales experience in B2B, working with key accounts on decision making level (experience in working with wholesalers and distributors preferred) and able to identify these decision makers
Management experience preferred
Entrepreneurial mindset and innovative Sales thinking
Fluent Spanish and English, any other European language is an asset
Demonstrated performance in sales, programming and promotions
Demonstrated relationship and network building skills on decision maker level
Strong analytical skills
Understanding and implementation of key performance indicators critical
Must be able to effectively forecast turnover and demand by product
Strong communication and collaboration skills, effective negotiator
Strong digital understanding and skills to execute
Good command of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Willing to travel
