Contrato en Prácticas: Oncology Business Unit Support

Our need

  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our pharmaceutical team as a back-office (comms & PVA, Operations) support

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing paperwork, coordinating projects such as cycle meetings, quarterly reviews, ad hoc team meetings, and ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical industry regulations.

  • This role requires a deep understanding of the unique requirements and regulations within the pharmaceutical industry and complexities of Takeda.

Desired Prolife (Education & Skills):

  • University Degree

  • Fluent written and spoken English

  • Any degree/course related with pharmaceutical industry would be a plus.

  • Demonstrable thirst for knowledge with an ability to assimilate information quickly.

  • IT skills in particularly competent with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Key Responsibilities:

Paperwork Management:

  • Handle all administrative paperwork including but not limited to documentation related to project management and internal processes.

  • Maintain organized filing systems both physically and digitally for easy retrieval of documents as needed.

Project Management:

  • Coordinate and manage various projects such as cycle meetings, quarterly reviews, and ad hoc team meetings.

  • Assist in the preparation of project plans, timelines, and progress reports.

  • Ensure all project tasks are completed on time and within budget.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Serve as a liaison between different departments within the organization.

  • Communicate effectively with internal team members and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Data Management:

  • Collect, organize, and maintain data related to projects.

  • Prepare reports and presentations using collected data as needed.

Problem Solving:

  • Identify potential issues or roadblocks in project execution and proactively address them.

  • Collaborate with team members to find creative solutions to challenges.
