As a IT Service Specialist - Cybersecurity Compliance, your responsibilities will include :

  • Assisting in ensuring that applications meet IT and cybersecurity compliance standards according to industry and company regulations.

  • Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders and customers to understand their specific needs and provide tailored cybersecurity solutions.

  • Addressing customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally to uphold high levels of satisfaction.

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to support IT service management and customer support initiatives.

  • Identifying opportunities for improving service quality and efficiency, and contributing to the implementation of enhancement strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:
