Job Information

Philips Internship: General Sales Support Intern in Madrid, Spain

Location: Madrid

Type: Intern (se necesita convenio empresa-universidad)

Length: 6 months

Time: 6-7 hours per day (morning schedule)

Expected Start Date: as soon as possible

In this role, you have the opportunity to c ontribute a high growth business that will help improve the lives of millions contributing with a global leader in Health Technology. You will be supporting Sales Teams who work providing our Healthcare solutions and devices to our clients.

Your role:

  • You will be interacting with Account Managers and our international Global Business Services Team to prepare Quotation Desk (QD) requests and outputs

  • You will be converting Quotation Desk outputs to Commercial Offers and you will be preparing Commercial Offers for customers (paper or electronic version)

  • You will keep in touch and develop strong customer relationships.

  • You will learn about public tenders and you will support the team on the administrative part of it.

  • It will be a 6-months, remunerated internship.

You're the right fit if:

  • You are studying your Master or Bachelor in Business Administration, Management (ADE) or similar. You need to be enrolled in university (we require to have "convenio universidad-empresa")

  • You are fluent in both Spanish and English

  • You put attention to details and you are proactive. You enjoy organizing and administrative tasks.

  • You are proficient with MS Office with advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of SAP or Salesforce would be a plus.
