What you'll be doing:

  • Being accountable, and responsible of ensuring the quality of 24x7 in-life services delivery, taking into special consideration the SLA compliance, and any other contractual agreement.

  • Main point of contact from the Cyber Security Operations Center, managing, and driving customer experience, and operational relationship with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.

  • Defining, controlling, and maintaining operational documentation based on the standard documentation compliance.

  • Defining, analysing, and tracking of customer security service reports, KPIs and SLAs. As well as, on demand and/or proactive specific cybersecurity reports from incumbent threat actors.

  • Cybersecurity trusted advisor, proactively making security service improvement proposals focused on minimizing the security risk exposure of customers.

  • Supervising, and coordinating the delivery of new security services in the Cyber Security Operations Center.

  • Providing support, and advice on security incident, and change management, taking leadership on critical security incidents, complex changes, or crisis situations.

  • Being accountable, and responsible of managing, and leading customer escalations.

  • Home office is available in this role depending on further agreement

  • Ability to meet the customers’ needs in line with the business requirements

  • Working with a cooperative and positive attitude in a group setting to achieve common goals

  • Communicating effectively and efficiently while adapting to your audience and getting the message through as intended

  • Taking the responsibility and taking care of the consequences of making a decision

  • Ability to think out of the box considering colateral enviroments and understanding roles/responsabilities of colateral stakeholders as part of multifuncinal teamwork

  • EU Work Permit

Professional skills:

  • Knowledge of security management, network, and information security, people security, and running of one or more services within a Cyber Security Operations Centre.

  • Significant experience, and understanding of operational factors, contributing to the delivery, and end to end effectiveness of security services.

  • Experience on customer facing roles, and knowledge of the business drivers to help operational teams deliver relevant, effective, efficient, and quality security services to customers.

  • Knowledge to identify and understand functional characteristics of IT security systems technologies, and security organization/companies landscape systems, as SIEMs, Log Management, XDR Solutions, Perimetral Security Systems, and Devices. is an advantage

  • Knowledge to understand, and apply MITRE ATT&CK Framework, and security incident response, and remediation management based in malware, phising, and vulnerabilities. is an advantage

Language skills:

  • English on a fluent level

  • French on a fluent level is an advantage

  • Spanish on a fluent level
