We are looking for a content & journey expert to join our team.

Main responsabilities:

  • Collaborate with the CRO Specialist to review customer journey performance and identify potential design optimizations.

  • Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for A/B testing variations.

  • Work closely with the development team to ensure accurate and pixel-perfect implementation of designs.

  • Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to iterate on design solutions.

  • Collaborate with the SEO Specialist and Content Production Hub to optimize design elements for SEO and accessibility.

  • Stay updated with the latest UX/UI trends and incorporate best practices into design processes.

  • Communicate design decisions and rationales to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Job qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as graphic design, user experience, or user interface design.

  • 3-5 years of practical experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful CRO projects.

  • Proficiency in user-centered design principles and methodologies.

  • Ability to analyze customer journey performance data and derive design insights.

  • Expertise in creating wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for A/B testing.

  • Familiarity with usability testing and user research methods.

  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.

  • Strong visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

  • Effective collaboration with developers and other cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to adapt design solutions based on test results and user feedback.

  • Excellent communication skills to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.

  • A passion for staying updated with the latest UX/UI trends and best practices.
