Are you ready to conduct such of conversation and drive sales opportunities in line with our purpose? Are you ready to create factual impact? Mölnlycke is now looking for (Business Development Manager - Gloves in Madrid)

In this position you will

  • Gather market intelligence and focus on improving existing business in addition to looking for new opportunities.

  • Be responsible for pricing in line with Mölnlycke guidelines.

  • Develop relationships with advocates to increase their support and usage.

  • Ensure relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) and define appropriate action plans according to educational needs.

  • Work closely alongside regional sales force in order to help, identify and gain additional business for gloves.

  • Ensure adequate knowledge in the sales team for gloves field

  • Prepare and support tender (positioning, pricing, competitive intelligence) coming up within the laparoscopic area and trays.

  • Monitor and report competitor activities and products news in order to keep the organization updated on the competitive environment so that our offers can be optimized.

    What you’ll need :

  • Strong experience in the orthopaedic sector

  • Experience in cooperation with operating rooms is an advantage.

  • Strong communication, and presentation skills.

  • Autonomous and independent profile

  • Strategic Mindset and organizational skills are essential

  • Team Player

  • Good level of English
