JOB REQUIREMENTS: Determine, recommend, and oversee installation or modification of IT and electronic data systems. Align user needs to software requirements consistent with user\'s time and cost parameters. Act as resource partner to internal departments and external customers regarding project status, technical issues, and other resources related to system design, maintenance, and software roadmap items. Assist in the design, development, implementation and coordination of systems. Audit systems to assess and predict their outcomes. Work with internal team members to determine system and software performance measurement standards. Test and validate programming and changes in the product feature set. Take part in code reviews both as the reviewer and reviewee. Identify and troubleshoot problematic software and system areas and implement strategic and tactical solutions. Evaluate customer requests and propose system upgrades and enhancements. Work with CTO and software developers to design, develop, and modify software systems. Gather and analyze data to ensure system security and cost efficiency. Train and supervise programmers. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Min. 3 years of experience with all of the following: PHP; Javascript; CSS and HTML; MySQL or comparable relational database. Min. 1 year experience in: jQuery; AWS or comparable cloud-hosting platform. Min. 1 year experience building solutions with all the following new general platform technologies: Distributed Ledger, Web3, Blockchain or Hashgraph, Dapps, Ethereum-related Smart Contracts and NFTs; Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning integration with enterprise software and web apps; Virtual and Augmented Reality applications for business productivity and collaboration; Quantum computing development using IBM Qiskit Open Source SDK running quantum programs on IBM Quantum Experience or AWS BraKet. Great communication skills, attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines and follow direction. Ability to work independently and part of a team.
