JOB REQUIREMENTS: Senior Security Officer - 30205 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : This is a full time 1.0 FTE position. Scheduled works hours are between 11:00pm - 7:00am Monday through Friday. Rotating days off and weekends required. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. Pay: * You may be eligible for up to a \$5000 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE). * For evening/night positions - after 6:00 pm you will earn an additional \$3.00/hr. * On Saturday and Sunday, you will earn an additional \$2.25/hr. We are seeking a Senior Security Officer to: * Act as an Officer in Charge and respond to leaders across UW Health by overseeing day to day operations of the shift in the absence of a Supervisor. * Properly document daily activities and incident reports, using computer software programs. * Serve as a positive example and provide consistent training, coaching, and evaluation of new officers as part of the department\'s field training program. * Monitor and operate access control systems, security camera systems, intercoms, two-way radios, telephones, and alarm systems.
