JOB REQUIREMENTS: Senior Medical Lab Technician / Medical Technologist - Generalist - 30534 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : This is a full-time. FTE 1.0, 2nd shift position. 2:30pm or 3:00pm start. Weekend and holiday rotation required, may or may not be the same shift. Hours may vary due to department needs. Pay : * The pay range listed reflects both titles. * You may be eligible for up to a \$3,000 sign-on bonus for a Senior Medical Lab Technician position or a \$4,000 sign-on bonus for a Medical Technologist position. We are seeking a Senior Medical Lab Technician OR Medical Technologist - Generalist to: * Perform advanced troubleshooting, maintenance, and problem resolution. * Demonstrate strong decision-making skills, ability to work independently, and the ability to take on teaching/training responsibilities as needed. * Work as an effective team member as demonstrated by good relations with physicians, clinic staff and co-workers. OR education and training equivalent to an associate degree to include 60 semester hours including either: * 24 semester hours of medical laboratory technology courses or * 24 semester hours of science courses Preferred - Bachelor\'s degree in a chemical, physical, biological or clinical laboratory science, or medical technology.
